The Course Validation Check
The Conversion System

Do you actually know people want this course?

Maybe you have an idea you’re thinking about turning into a course. Maybe you’ve already started building it. Or maybe the whole thing is sitting in Kajabi right now.

Either way, the question is the same:

Do you have actual evidence that people want it?

You may have run a poll, asked your audience what they wanted, or had people tell you, “I would totally buy that.”

That sounds like validation.

But there’s a big difference between someone saying they want something and someone actually taking a step toward buying it.

And that doesn’t mean your course is a bad idea. It just means you may not have enough proof yet.

There are five ways I look for that proof: real conversations, surveys, presales, live builds, and paid pilots. You don’t need to do all five. You need to know which kind of validation makes sense for where you are right now.

The Course Validation Check helps you figure that out.

Answer a few questions about your idea, your audience, and what you’ve done so far. I’ll show you where your validation is strong, where you’re making assumptions, and what I’d do next.

It takes about five minutes.

When you’re done, you’ll know whether you have enough evidence to move forward or whether you need to validate the idea first.
